Working across multiple industries throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges that project teams face, along with the practical solutions that actually work.

Julie has extensive experience in PMO development, building project management offices from the ground up and supporting existing ones to operate more effectively. She understands that a strong PMO is not just about processes and frameworks; it is about the people behind them. Getting that balance right is something she is passionate about.

Throughout her career, Julie has built and supported project teams of all sizes, helping individuals grow in confidence and helping organisations improve the consistency and quality of their project delivery.
