She introduced and embedded agile ways of working across the team, not as a rigid framework but as a genuinely useful operating model, and built out the documentation and reporting standards that have given us real visibility over our delivery.
Beyond process, Julie has been instrumental in delivering some of our most complex programmes, including our ZigZag returns platform, Customs Warehouse project, and AWS migration. Each involved multiple internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and tight commercial timelines, and in every case she navigated the complexity with calm authority and got us over the line.
